Band 6 Radiographer

We have an opportunity for 3 Band 6 Radiographers to cover maternity locums for up to 6 months.   The vacancy is based at Antrim site but rotation to Causeway may be a possibility on occasion after October 25.

JOB SPECIFICATION for Locum MRI Radiographer

• Degree or diploma in Radiography
• Current HCPC Registration
• At least 2 years post qualification experience in Diagnostic Radiography
• 1 years experience in MRI 
• MRI experience working with GE Optima 450W 1.5T and Siemens Sola scanners 
• MRI PGCert desirable · PGCert or equivalent in IV cannulation 
• Participate in flexible working sessions including evenings and weekends & BH’s throughout the Northern Trust ·
• Good communicative skills
• Knowledge of role of Radiographer in MRI Imaging
• Knowledge of MR Safety 
• Access NI check required 
• Good general health for the demands of the post
