Laura-Lee has a wealth of experience working in both the public and private sectors for over 10 years and has built up valuable relationships with the five Health and Social Care Trusts, the NI Medical and Dental Training Agency and NI Ambulance Service as well as Independent Fostering Providers. Laura-Lee is a strong professional who enjoys working with the team at Keenan Recruitment, providing opportunities for Social Workers throughout Northern Ireland.
With 15 years' experience in Health and Social Care recruitment and management experience, a BA (hons) degree, Diploma and CIPD accreditation, Kerry brings a fountain of knowledge to Keenan Recruitment.
Kerry manages the fast-paced Healthcare Support Work desk. Building excellent rapport with clients and temporary workers that work through the healthcare division at Keenan Recruitment. Kerry works hard at nurturing valuable relationships and ensuring all staff receive their desired work. Responsible for the business administrative side of the business, Mark is kept busy with weekly payroll and the inhouse auditing of files ensuring candidates police checks, references and mandatory training is updated regularly.
Mark is also responsible for the marketing of Keenan Recruitment and enjoys the fresh approach that is taken by the company and the value that is placed on him and his colleagues.
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, coming from a background of in-house recruitment with a wealth of experience from working within the private sector.
Alongside the team at Keenan Recruitment, Katherine takes pride in creating opportunities for individuals qualified within the Allied Health professions, to progress and develop by placing them throughout the Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland, whilst also building and maintaining valuable relationships with the clients.
Dave has been involved in recruitment since 2000, managing his own successful multi-disciplinary recruitment business for over 12 years.
He now invests in specialist recruitment businesses throughout the UK, and has supported Keenan Recruitment since its formation in January 2013.
Rob has been involved in the design and development of enterprise IT systems for most of his career, and recruitment software, in particular, since 2002.
Backed by a small technical team, he is responsible for ensuring Keenan's candidate management software, database, billing systems & online timesheet solution are as efficient and user friendly as possible.
Sarah is a degree qualified, ACCA affiliate accountant, with over 15 years' experience across both accountancy practices and industry.
Backed by a small finance team, she ensures that all Keenan temporary workers are paid correctly and on time, and that all client invoices are raised correctly, addressing any queries quickly and efficiently.
