  • All candidates hold a yearly enhanced Access NI police check through Keenan Healthcare Ltd.
  • All candidates are professionally referenced.
  • All degree and additional training certificates are verified in person, along with registration of the appropriate board.
  • NISCC and HCPC web checks are completed by our Consultants and recorded monthly.
  • Right to work documents including passport, full driving license, proof of National Insurance number and proof of address are also verified in person to ensure the security of all candidates that we place.

We respect the importance of diligence when it comes to frontline working with vulnerable adults and children. We hold an in-depth interview in person when registering candidates, to ensure a sound understanding of their employment history and training, ensuring we place people into the most appropriate teams.

Once we have successfully placed our candidate within your team, we will carry out weekly checks with both the candidate and you, the client, to ensure the smooth running of the placement.
