Band 6 Specialist Dietitian

Job Title: Band 6 Specialist Dietitian

Duration of Cover: 4 months

Hours of Work: 18.75

Days of Work: Monday - Friday (Flexible)

Qualifications/Experience Required:

1. 2 years post-graduate clinical experience in Dietetics at Band 5 level or

equivalent.

2. Experience of working with patients in the acute setting

Professional Registration Requirements:

3. B.Sc./Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent recognised professional

qualification.

4. Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.

5. Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to

a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose

disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by

the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
