Property Specialist

Are you ready to join a team of experts within the property industry?   You will be working on projects across NI and North West of England this will be a diverse and fast paced environment.

This is a full-time role for a Property Specialist, offering up to 40 hours per week, based in Templepatrick, where you will assist the Head of Property in various crucial tasks.  Hours Mon - Fri 0900 - 1700, with flexible work pattern. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Assist in sourcing and assessing information to establish the open market value of properties.
• Legal Coordination: Coordinate with our legal team throughout the property acquisition process.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with surveyors, agents, and finance providers to streamline property acquisitions.
• Sales & Lettings Communication: Communicate effectively with agents in the sales and letting process.
• Legal Process Monitoring: Monitor the legal process with our solicitors.
• Certification Management: Keep up to date with certification requirements for our rental portfolio.
• Rent Management: Monitor rent payments and plan rent review periods.

CRITERIA

Experience:

• Qualifications are preferred but not essential
• Relevant property and real estate experience and a proactive attitude are highly valued

Skills:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident with computers and skilled in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Excel

Additional Requirements:

• A driving license and access to a car
