Senior HR Advisor

Keenan Recruitment are delighted to recruit for a full time temporary Band 6 Senior HR Advisor for Armagh - base will be flexible. Contract confirmed until September with likely extension.  Salary set £16.04ph.  Full job description available. 

JOB SUMMARY:

The postholder will support the Assistant Director/s of Human Resources (ADHR) in the delivery of a comprehensive service which will support Directorates in achieving their HR objectives including CSR Plans; Workforce Planning; Succession Planning and skills mix initiatives; reductions in sickness absence, overtime, agency and locum costs; the introduction of a training and development plan including the roll-out of the Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) and ensuring Recruitment & Retention issues are addressed.  The Senior HR Advisor will act as the first point of contact providing advice in relation to employee relations matters and will carry responsibility for an employee relations caseload.

The postholder will take a lead in specific projects as agreed.
