Finance Analyst - Band 5

Keenan Recruitment are delighted to recruit for a full time temporary Band 5 Financial Analyst for Ballymena. Contract confirmed until September with likely extension.  Salary set £12.74ph.  Full job description available. 

JOB SUMMARY:
The post-holder will assist the Head Accountant and Support Accountants in the financial planning team, including providing financial analysis and assistance in the preparation of Capital and Revenue business cases, Value for Money and benchmarking exercises. They will also assist in the preparation and provision of analysis and information for decision making to include co-ordination and organisation of analytical work
 

CRITERIA

Demonstrate 4 years relevant* finance experience.

OR

Diploma for Accounting Technicians (ATI) or equivalent (QCF Level 5) with 2 years relevant* finance experience.

*relevant experience is defined as working in any finance area including financial accounting, accounts payable/receivable, cash office, financial management, or costing and should include:

• Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes (or equivalent) ie
  Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook
• Experience of extraction, analysis and presentation of a range of financial information
  by utilising analytical applications eg Excel, Power Bi, Qlik
