HR and Organisation Development Partner (Band 6)

We are recruiting for a new position just in for a HR and Organisational Development Partner for our Public Sector client in South Belfast.  It is a full time Band 6 role salaried at £16.04ph.  Full  job description available on request. 

JOB SUMMARY

This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking facilitator, skilled in Organisational Development, who will utilise their existing experience and skills to deliver and enrich our current online provision.   The staff member will work as part of a team of OD Partners to engage and collaborate with diverse teams and individuals across a range of clinical/corporate service areas, developing, delivering and evaluation bespoke interventions, tailored to meet specific needs.  This role will require confident online facilitator skills using software such as MS Teams to deliver an ambitious, digital training strategy.  They will have knowledge and expertise in leadership and management, delivering on leadership/management programmes, team interventions and coaching/mentoring initiatives.  This staff member will have a proactive attitude and agile approach to enable adaption to changing service needs.  Candidates will be competent in the use of data for improvement to support analysis, report writing and evidence-based decision-making.

CRITERIA:

University Degree or relevant Professional qualification at Graduate or Diploma level and have worked for at least 3 years in a Human Resources and/or Learning and Development role

OR

Have worked for at least 5 years in a Human Resources and/or Learning and Development role

AND 

Full driving licence and access to a car on appointment.
