Job: Health & Social Care Recruitment Consultant.

Location: Arthur House, 41 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GB.

Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 + participate in oncall rota as we run a 24/7 service.

Holidays: 30 days + 5 additional days as an oncall bonus.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + an excellent commission structure.

Promotion: We provide accredited training through REC and are keen for you to progress at Keenan Recruitment.

Required experience:

*Educated to degree level OR 2 years experience working as a temporary recruiter.

*Proven track record of recruiting within the Northern Ireland Health & Social Care market.

*A sound geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland and the 5 NHS Trusts.

*Confident to write and share social media content to include blogs and vlogs.

*Comfortable working to KPIs and financial targets.

*Excellent telephone manner with strong business development skills.

Desirable:

*CIPD member.

*Hold a driving licence.
