Solicitor - Family Law - Band 8B

Currently recruiting for a senior family lawyer to cover a maternity leave.

Criteria

- extensive experience in the family proceedings court

- someone who has dealt with public law Children’s Order cases for at least 5 years (most likely representing parents or GALs).

- someone who can deal with a large case load of complicated cases including running contests without Counsel in the family proceedings court.
