Key Worker - Band 5, Older Peoples Team (QSW / Nurse or AHP)

On behalf of our Client we are recruiting for a band 5 Key Worker (Can be a QSW / AHP or Nurse) to work within a Health Centre in Co. Down. This post is urgent and to start ASAP so would be best suited to candidates who have already started their registration with Keenan.

You will be responsible for looking after case reviews and care packages.

This post can be full time or part time - minimum of 3 days per week.

You will have a relevant degree, relevant professional membership of NISCC / HCPC or RMC and e wiling to undergo an Enhanced Access NI through Keenan.
