Residential Support Worker - Male

Multi-Award-Winning Keenan Healthcare is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our Client for a full time, male, Residential Support Worker to work with a young male adult.

This post is based in a beautiful, holistic setting in Holywood, Co.Down and offers full time hours based on a staff rota.

You will have 6 months, recent experience working with learning disability and challenging behaviour and be willing to undergo an Enhanced Access NI through Keenan Healthcare.

The successful applicant will receive Safeguarding and MAPA training with the Client free of charge and will do 2-3 weeks of shadowing/induction before being counted in the staffing ratios.
