Business Manager (Band 7)

Laura-Lee is currently working with one of our Public Sector clients to recruit a Business Manager (Band 7) for a Community Engagement Programme within the Women's and Children's Directorate. This post is based in Omagh

A Degree/ professional qualification or equivalent and 3 years middle management *** experience OR 5 years middle management experience***

AND

In addition to one of the above:

Evidence of service planning and business case development AND Evidence of achieving improvements at an organisational level, within performance management/monitoring activities.

AND

Have worked with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation to achieve successful outcomes.

*** Middle Management experience is defined as having supervisory or management responsibility for a department or function which includes staff management. It may also include experience of project management or supporting the implementation of a service improvement initiative
