Social Care Assessor - Band 4

On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for a full time Band 4 Social Care Assessor based in Belfast.

Criteria:

A professional qualification in one of the caring professions and a minimum of 3 months recent (ie within the past 2 years) continuous paid work where the primary focus of the work is with elderly people or adults with a physical illness or physical disability.

OR

Five GCSEs or equivalent to include English Language at Grade ‘C’ or above and a minimum of 6 months (ie within the past 2 years) continuous paid work where the primary focus of the work is with elderly people or adults with a physical illness or physical disability.

OR

A minimum of 12 months recent (ie within the past 2 years) continuous paid work where the primary focus of the work is with elderly people or adults with a physical illness or physical disability.

The following essential criteria is also required:

• Knowledge of the needs of patients with physical illness/physical disability.

• Knowledge of local and regional resources applicable to patients leaving hospital.

You will be willing to undergo an Enhanced Access NI police check through Keenan Healthcare
