Tenancy Support Worker - 16+

On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for a Part Time Tenancy Support Worker in the 16+Pathway team in Derry. This role is to provide direct support services to young people to enable them to gain the skills and confidence to manage and sustain their own tenancies.

Criteria;

1. Minimum of 6 Months direct experience of engaging with adolescent young people or young adults (14-25 years old) on an individual or group basis, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.

2. Experience and understanding of working in partnership with others, e.g. parents, GPs, teachers, youth clubs, PSNI etc. to meet the needs of young people.

3. 5 GCSE’s at Grade A-C including English Language or equivalent

4. Hold a current full driving licence
