Procurement Team Leader

Keenan Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Procurement Team Leader based in Ballymena.  Minimum 6 month contract as a maternity cover.  Salary set at £12.74ph.

JOB SUMMARY

To assist the Procurement Manager in the provision of a value for money purchasing service to HSCNI customers in line with HSCNI regulations and ISO 9001 procedures ensuring Service Level Agreement and PaLS Service Delivery Plan objectives are achieved.  This role is principally concerned with a sourcing / contracting role for HSCNI.

CRITERIA

A primary degree AND at least two years’ relevant* experience within the past ten years.

OR

A relevant Professional Qualification, such as full membership of CIPS or CILT AND at least two years’ relevant* experience within the past ten years.

OR

Four years’ relevant* experience within the past ten years.

*This experience should be within a procurement function ie the candidate is expected to have an awareness of general commercial environment, in particular, experience of day-to-day sourcing implications in a procurement setting.

AND

Driving Licence and access to a car on appointment.
