The Role:

The role involves two main aspects; supporting patients as they progress through treatment working front of house at the practice and managing and developing the business. The customer service side of the role is important as many of their patients are nervous or the treatment is complex and needs careful coordination for the best outcome.

The Front of House Manager would be working in tandem with the Business Manager and Managing Partner and other staff in this regard.

No dental experience is necessary and training regarding dental procedures would be provided.

The business focus is on supporting a team of 15 who work various shifts, and making sure the business is well run and efficient.

There are administrative, managerial and sales/ marketing duties.

One aspect of the role is supporting the Managing Partner developing the educational programme for Dentists which is an important driver for growth.

Essential Criteria:

A minimum of 2 years sales and management experience.

Have the capacity to work under pressure and abide by tight deadlines.

Can build rapport quickly with patients.

Have an empathetic manner.

Strong attention to detail.

Can work well as part of a team and lend support to senior colleagues.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Social media marketing experience would be an advantage

Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience within a dental practice.
