Social Worker - Intermediate Care Team/Older People

Laura-Lee is currently recruiting for a temporary vacancy for a Band 5 or Band 6 Social Worker for Intermediate Care/Older People services based in Newtownards. AYE Supported where applicable.

Criteria

1. Social Work Degree

2. Experience within Intermediate Care/Older People/Hospital or Integrated Care

3. Hold a current full driving licence valid in the UK with access to a car

4. Be Live on the NISCC register

You will be willing to undergo an Access NI Application.
