Band 6 Social Worker - Care Management Older People x 2

Laura-Lee is currently recruiting for two Band 6 Social Workers for Care Management within Older People Services. Posts available in Holywood and Bangor. Experience within Older People services or Integrated Care preferred.

You will be willing to undergo an enhanced Access NI through Keenan Healthcare, be live on the NISCC register and have access to a car.
